We recommend reviewing the latest recommendations and restrictions guidance from the NZ Governments Covid-19 site.
I have a booking during Level 3 or 2 - what do I do?
Alert level 3 restricts inter-regional travel, e.g. essential workers with limited exemptions for others.
Alert level 2 is to reduce non-essential inter-regional travel. Our cancellation fee of $75 is waived through to 30 June 2020. Owners are encouraged to provide full refunds to travel within this period.
I have a booking during Level 4 - what do I do?
Most owners/renters have cancelled short stays during the shutdown period and given full refunds. Our cancellation fee of $75 is waived through to 30 June 2020.
What additional cleaning between guests should we be doing?
It is prudent of owners to ensure satisfactory sanitisation and thorough cleaning practices are carried out between guests, we believe guests will soon start to require better detail from owners around the measures taken to ensure their safety.
I have guests booked directly after Level 4, what should I be doing?
If level 4 lockdown gets extended you and your guests should be reviewing your booking plans.
If I accept a booking during Level 4 is it possible to visit the property?
In Level 4 domestic travel is not allowed for at least four weeks. This means you should not be travelling between regions until the shutdown has been lifted. Please see the Governments Covid-19 site for further detail.
What is your Coronavirus cancellations policy?
