UPDATED Covid-19 cancellation requests as at 01 April 2020 Owners Information
For booking cancellations up to 30 June 2020.
Your cancellation policy at the time of booking will be enforced, however, we will waive the customer’s $75 cancellation fee.
We’ll assist in moving any bookings of the same property to different dates at no charge to the customer, provided there is availability, and that you, the owner, agree.
Online Bookings/Instant bookings:
We will use your listed cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking. As per above, our $75 fee will be waived.
Enquiries and bookings directly with owners:
With all offline bookings, we will refer customers to you, the property owner, directly as we’re not privy to the final booking details. Cancellations/refunds will need to be discussed directly with you, the owner. We strongly encourage you to refund the customer if you are in a position to do so.
July 2020 onwards cancellations:
For cancellations after 30 June 2020, we will apply the cancellation policy as displayed on the house listing.
Owners on a subscription:
Any subscriptions due to expire between 1 April and 30 June have been extended for three months from your original subscription expiry date at no additional cost to you. You won’t need to do anything on your end – we’ll apply this for you.
