Booking amendments:
We'll assist in moving any bookings of the same property to different dates at no charge, provided there is availability, and both parties agree.
Online Bookings/Instant bookings:
We will use the listed cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking, and our $75 fee will be waived.
A full refund may be provided if renters can not attend bookings due to government-imposed restrictions. Holiday Houses in some cases will be asking for evidence of this. This will be considered as exceptional circumstances by the Holiday Houses Team.
If you would like to provide a full refund at any time please contact our support team with the booking reference so we can action this for you.
Enquiries and bookings directly with owners:
With all offline bookings, we will refer you to the property owner directly, as we're not privy to the final booking details. Cancellations/refunds will need to be discussed directly with the owner.
Cancellation details will be displayed on the house listing or will be in the terms and conditions.
