Bank account details need to be changed by the Holiday Houses team, so we'll need you to contact us if you need to update the bank account loaded to your listing(s).
To change your bank account from our end, we'll need you to send us an email from your registered email address, with the following information:
- Confirmation of the listing(s) that you are changing to this bank account.
- Your new bank account name and number.
- Attached evidence of these bank account details - deposit slip, screenshot of an online statement, etc. (We just need to be able to see the account name, number and logo of the bank. Feel free to block out any other details you don't wish to share).
Keep in mind, payments are made on Thursdays - if you have a payment coming up in the next week, please ensure you have contacted us with your new bank account details before Wednesday.
