To block off dates from your Holiday Houses booking calendar - Please login in to your account and follow these steps:
- On the My account page, click on the link Booking Calendar. (Just below the heading Bookings and enquiries).
- To the right of the Calendar click the blue 'Update your calendar' button.
- Here you can Add a booking with the dates you want to block off, along with other details about the booking and renter.
- Alternatively, you can select 'Block' to simply block off specified dates, without needing to add any other details.
If you are on the commission model, we will never charge you for bookings manually entered into your calendar.
Owners not updating their calendar is the most common complaint we get from renters.
Making sure your booking calendar is up to date is one of the best things that you can do, for both yourself and for renters.
Keeping an accurate availability calendar means that you do not have to deal with enquiries for dates you are already booked out for, and renters won't be disappointed when their booking is declined after seeing there was availability.
