Cancelling an online booking request
If you wish to cancel an online booking request, which has not yet been confirmed or responded to by the owner, please contact us by clicking “Submit a request” at the bottom of this page and we will process this for you.
You will need to provide your booking reference number and ensure you list the same contact email address you entered in your booking form.
Amending an online booking request
We're unable to amend a booking request that an owner has not yet responded to. If you need to change the details of your booking request, it is best to contact us by clicking “Submit a request” at the bottom of this page and we can cancel the request, so you can make a new request with the correct details.
Please provide your booking reference number and ensure you list the same contact email address you entered in your booking form.
If you have spoken to the owner and they are happy to make a change before confirming your booking, please have them contact us directly to arrange this.
