We encourage owners to respond to booking requests within 24 hours. Unfortunately, at times an owner may not be able to respond within this time frame. We send daily reminders by email to owners with an overdue booking request.
If you wish to try and prompt a quicker response from the owner, their phone number will often be included in your 'Awaiting confirmation email' - This can be found under the "Operator details" section.
If you can no longer wait and wish to cancel your booking request, please get in touch with us and we can cancel the request for you.
