Updating your credit card, to pay the remaining balance of your booking, can be done online.
To update your credit card details you will need to follow the link in your credit card declined email.
To login to your booking, you will need the following information:
- The email address you've booked with
- Your booking number - this is a 7 digit number and can be found on your confirmation email.
- The phone number you entered when you made your booking
Once you've logged in, you will then be able to enter your new credit card information. Be sure to click Save and you're all set!
