If your booking was arranged directly with an owner, as a result of an enquiry made through Holiday Houses, you will need to contact the owner directly to cancel your booking.
You should have the owner's contact details from when they first responded to your enquiry.
If you have lost these details, please contact us and we can help put you in touch with them.
An enquiry that has not yet been responded to cannot be cancelled, as an enquiry is an email that is forwarded to the owner. If you no longer wish to proceed with an enquiry you have made, there is no immediate action you need to take from your end, simply let the owner know when they respond to you.
